How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. When paying by credit card, the charge is made immediately after the order is completed. Purchase on account via our partner Stripe.

How long does delivery take?

For the uncostomizable products that are in stock shipping to Germany Austria Switzerland take up to a a few days, allthough in other countries in the European union shipping takes up to 2 weeks. For some products that are custom made shipping may take a bit longer, estimated delivery time can be provided upon order confirmation depending on your product.

Shipments outside the EU may experience unscheduled delays due to customs clearance.

Can I exchange or return my order if I don't like it?

You can exchange or return the items you have ordered from us within 14 days without giving a reason.

Where does REFLEKTORIZANT deliver?

REFLEKTORIZANT delivers worldwide. This does not apply to countries in which postal delivery is not possible.
